Im not leaving this account though, I will still keep up with my group and the people I follow.

As the title may suggest, I have decided to give up my former anime style.
Its not that I don't like anime, trust me I love it, but I don't think the style is working for me anymore, I'm always getting block and my art never seems to get any better. There is actually a long-ish story to explain it.

Here it is:

So for the past few days I have been stuck in one of those long, terrible, 'give up art forever' ruts. It was awful. I was three seconds away from burning my sketch books when I turned to one of my best friends for help.
I said that I didn't know how I wanted to draw, the anime style wasn't working for me and my art was inconsistent and shoddy. I couldn't figure out HOW I could get back in to drawing the way I wanted to.
So my friend said that I should sit down with out any outside influence, and think about my art and decide where I wanted to go and what I needed to do to get there.
So as I was doing this I doodled a small sketch. It was really cartoon-y and look pretty good, plus I felt so happy when looking at it. Like, if you will excuse the cheesy-ness, like it was right, and how I should continue.

So, if it kills me, I'm going to switch to a more cartoon-y style. And I finally feel like I'm going in the right direction.

Now I am torn. I may start over and make a new account for my new art (once I get it figured out) or I may delete most of my art and stay here. Either way, I'm going to keep this account active with my groups and friends. But I don't know yet. (your input would be great!)

so now that my drawing is actually getting a bit better I need something to keep my hands busy (my notebooks cant handle my more pointless doodling >_<)
and since I have actually been wanting to get a subscription I will now be doing point commissions.
I know there were somethings that I had promised to people, but now that my pc decided to die I may never get that list back, so if I did say I would draw you something before today, let me know and I'll get right on it.

Officially I am completely technology challenged. Not only has my stupid little laptop gotten so many viruses that I have had to wipe it 5 times, but last week I dropped it and completely shattered the screen. I hooked it up to an external monitor, and that worked for a bit, but now it wont start and I am going to have to wipe it again......and I cant use my tablet or scan anything in......I hate my pc so much.

So first off I am really sorry to anyone I have promised art work too, but Im not going to be able to get it up until my pc is fixed, and I have no idea how long that will be -_-

On a more positive note, I will be getting the bike I have wanted next week, so my life will become infinitely better! No more walking to school! YAY

Also, I have been working more on my original stories, and I am seriously considering writing a book.

And I joined a comic book club. Its really awesome

Anyway, I am going to go try to fix my PC

Ok so I am doing one of the 100 Theme Challenges...

Because Its not like I have about 10 other requests I'm doing for people, pluss the other drawings I want to do, plus learning how to use layers and finishing some fanfics....no not at all -__-

Its more of a thing on the side to help me get better with art and such...

anyway, for those of you whom I have promised artwork, I will get it up soon!
